What you will own
- Own product direction from technical control primitives through enterprise workflows.
- Turn customer, regulatory, and research signals into a coherent roadmap.
- Define measurable product outcomes and decision-quality standards.
- Partner closely with engineering, research, governance, security, and revenue leaders.
- Build a product practice that stays rigorous as Kestrel scales.

- Strong technical judgment and the ability to reason about security and governance trade-offs.
- Experience converting ambiguous market needs into precise product decisions.
