Your mission is to build legally sound, operationally useful foundations for Kestrel's products, company, privacy programme, and international growth.
What you will own
- Provide practical legal and privacy counsel across product, commercial, corporate, security, and employment matters.
- Design agreements and processes that reflect actual technical behaviour.
- Identify jurisdictional constraints before they become launch blockers.
- Partner with engineering and governance teams on defensible controls and records.
- Manage external counsel selectively and maintain precise decision records.
What we look for
- Relevant legal qualification and substantial technology, privacy, regulatory, or enterprise-commercial experience.
- Ability to advise a Singapore company operating across multiple regions.
- Excellent drafting and risk-prioritisation skills.
- Comfort working directly with technical architecture and security evidence.
- High integrity, discretion, and practical business judgment.
