Your mission is to connect regulation, risk, accountability, technical controls, and evidence into a governance system enterprises can operate.
What you will own
- Translate governance obligations into concrete controls, ownership, evidence, and review workflows.
- Develop defensible risk and assurance methods across AI lifecycles.
- Work with technical teams to test whether policy is enforceable in practice.
- Advise customers and leadership on material AI-risk decisions.
- Track regional policy developments without reducing governance to compliance theatre.
What we look for
- Substantial AI governance, model risk, assurance, audit, safety, or technology-policy experience.
- Ability to connect legal and policy requirements to technical operations.
- Strong analytical writing and stakeholder leadership.
- Experience designing controls, assessments, or audit evidence.
- Independent judgment and willingness to challenge unsupported claims.
