What you will own
- Design reliable ingestion, transformation, quality, and lineage systems.
- Model governance and operational data for correct, explainable use.
- Build privacy-aware retention, access, and observability controls.
- Partner with product, engineering, audit, and research consumers.
- Own data correctness through tests, monitoring, and incident response.
What we look for
- Strong data engineering and production software fundamentals.
- Experience with streaming, analytical, or high-integrity data systems.
- Understanding of lineage, quality, access, privacy, and retention.
- Ability to reason about schema evolution and failure recovery.
- Clear technical writing and operational ownership.
